Right of withdrawal
Subject to the exceptions provided by law, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Contact us at lopezrobin.pro@gmail.com indicating the order number and the products concerned.
Exceptions
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot, in particular, be exercised for goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, nor for sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Return conditions
Products must be complete, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Except in the case of a defect, damage, or preparation error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund
After receipt and verification, the refund is issued using the payment method used for the order, within the time limits prescribed by regulations.

Contact us promptly with photographs of the package, the label, and the products so that we can propose an appropriate solution.
